摘要  对虚弱症的运动干预在临床应用中的特点及研究进展进行综述，并且根据病人的情志和社会因素，提供相应的运动与其他非运动方式相结合的思路，提高运动依从性，改善运动效果，从身体功能和心理社会方面改善虚弱症病人的综合情况，为疾病的治疗提供参考。（剩余15764字）
