Construction of perioperative nursing sensitive index system for mediastinal tumor resection under video⁃assisted thoracoscope

Abstract  Objective：To construct a perioperative nursing sensitive index system for mediastinal tumor resection under video⁃assisted thoracoscope，aiming to provide reference for promoting the quality of specialized nursing care in hospitals.Methods：The quality standard system of perioperative nursing care for mediastinal tumor resection under video⁃assisted thoracoscope was initially formulated through systematic literature review，semi⁃structured interview and hospital expert meeting based on the three⁃dimensional quality evaluation model of “structure⁃process⁃result”，Delphi method was used for inquiry，demonstration and modification，and the weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results：The questionnaires recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 85.71% and 100.00% respectively，the expert authority coefficient（Cr） of the second round expert correspondence was 0.897；The importance assignment score of each index in the second round of correspondence were 4.23⁃5.00，and the coefficient of variation（CV） was 0.000⁃0.147；The Kendall's W values of the two rounds of correspondence were 0.714 and 0.825 respectively（P<0.05）.The constructed perioperative nursing sensitive index system for mediastinal tumor resection under video⁃assisted thoracoscope included 3 first⁃level indicators，8 second⁃level indicators and 46 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion：The constructed perioperative nursing sensitive index system for mediastinal tumor resection under video⁃assisted thoracoscope is scientific and reliable，the selected evaluation index can comprehensively，accurately and systematically provide a basis for the continuous improvement of nursing quality in thoracic surgery specialty.
