稻米镉污染及防控对策

摘  要:稻米镉超标现象仍在我国一定范围内发生,镉污染治理是当前和今后一段时期农产品质量安全工作的重点和难点。从镉元素的理化特性及毒性、稻米镉来源及分布出发,分析了物理降镉、化学降镉、生物降镉等治理方法,提出了稻米降镉相关对策建议,为稻米镉污染防控提供参考依据。

Cadmium Pollution in Rice and its Prevention and Control Countermeasures

Abstract: The phenomenon of excessive cadmium in rice still occurs in a certain range in China. The control of cadmium pollution is the key and difficult point in the current and future agricultural product quality safety work. Based on the physicochemical properties and toxicity of cadmium, the source and distribution of cadmium in rice, the control methods of physical cadmium reduction, chemical cadmium reduction and biological cadmium reduction were analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the prevention and control of cadmium pollution in rice.
