水稻恶苗病接种试验初步研究

摘  要:选择了2个水稻品种,通过病原菌孢子和菌丝悬浮液与稻粒混拌的方法接种,接种5 d后分离出病原菌的芽数占总分离稻芽的70%以上,从病原菌分离出部位看,病原菌随着植株生长逐步向上扩展蔓延。接种发病的效果证明了使用稻粒与恶苗病菌混拌接种方法是可行的,且简便易行。

Preliminary Study on Inoculation Test of Rice Bakanae

Abstract:In this paper, two rice varieties were selected and inoculated by mixing pathogen spores and mycelia suspension with rice grain. After 5 days of inoculation, the number of shoots isolated pathogens accounted for more than 70% of the total isolated rice shoots. The effect of inoculation proved that the mixed inoculation method of rice grain and pathogen was feasible and simple.

水稻恶苗病又名徒长病俗称公稻子,是危害性强的水稻常见真菌性病害,是黑龙江稻区普遍发生的水稻病害,在水稻生育后期调查发病重的地块发病率达10%~20%,严重影响水稻产量。(剩余4026字)
