胃癌术后患者Power PICC SOLO导管不完全堵管1例的护理

【摘要】  总结了1例Power PICC SOLO导管不完全堵管再通的经验体会。该患者穿刺Power PICC SOLO导管3个月后出现导管脱出移位和不完全堵管的征象，经静脉专科护士会诊，采用尿激酶"注射器-负压吸引法"间歇溶栓法试溶栓治疗，后导管成功再通，顺利完成后续治疗。

Nursing care of a patient with incomplete blockage of power PICC solo catheter after gastric cancer operation

【Abstract】  The experience of one case of incomplete plugging and recanalization of power PICC solo catheter was summarized.Three months after the power PICC solo catheter was punctured，the patient showed signs of catheter prolapse，displacement and incomplete blockage.After consultation with the venous specialist nurses，the patient was treated with urokinase"syringe negative pressure suction"intermittent thrombolytic therapy.The catheter was recanalized successfully and the follow-up treatment was completed successfully.
