行人保护aPLI腿型吸能空间

摘要: 为提高行人保护aPLI腿型的安全性能得分,以在整车开发预研阶段预留合理的吸能空间为目的,对aPLI腿型安全碰撞进行仿真,计算碰撞得分情况。基于简化仿真模型,使用优化软件计算得到针对轿车的行人保护aPLI腿部保护所需吸能空间,指导新车型行人保护开发设计。

Abstract: To improve the safety performance score of aPLI (advanced pedestrian legform impactor) legform for pedestrian protection, the aPLI legform safety collision is simulated to reserve reasonable energy absorption space in the pre-research stage of vehicle development, and the collision score is calculated. Based on the simplified simulation model, the energy absorption space required for the aPLI legform protection of vehicle pedestrian protection is calculated using the optimization software, which can provide guidance for the development and design of the pedestrian protection for the new vehicle models.
