防爬缓冲装置中薄壁管的准静态压溃研究

摘 要 本文针对防爬缓冲装置中的薄壁管进行了准静态压溃试验和仿真分析,相比金属薄壁管,复合材料薄壁管可减重40%,比吸能提高17%。并对复合材料薄壁管组件应用在防爬缓冲装置中,进行了初步设计和仿真,对整体结构可以有效降低质量,提高吸能效率,更好的保护乘客的生命安全。

ABSTRACT In this paper, the quasi-static crushing test and simulation analysis of the thin-walled tube in the anti-climbing buffer device are carried out. Compared with the metal thin-walled tube, the composite thin-walled tube can reduce weight by 40% and increase specific energy absorption by 17%. The composite thin-walled tube assembly is applied in the anti-climbing buffer device, and the preliminary design and simulation are carried out. The overall structure can effectively reduce the mass, improve the energy absorption efficiency, and better protect the life safety of passengers.
