【Abstract】:Aimingat the characteristicsof smallradius,large longitudinal slope,complexcurveof the steelboxgirderof Macao Bridge,BrampBA8\~BP7crawlercrane + section bracket method erection first,BP7\~BP1 multipoint synchronous curve pushing construction scheme.According to the needs of jacking,temporary support, steel guide beam,temporary connection,steel box girder sectionfactory prefabrication,ship to the site,after using gantry crane lifting to theassembly platform welding into the whole section jacking;jacking construction,through flat curve and vertical curve simulation,reduce the constructioncorrction,3D numerical simulation and whole process simulation analysis with intelligent jacking control system,forecast correction measures inadvance,reasonably control the jacking force,efectively ensure the linear shape and construction safety.
