【摘    要】:为研究适应天津轨道交通发展情况的轨道交通站点以公共交通为导向的开发模式(TOD),通过研究分析国内外不同类型轨道交通站点TOD分类方法,根据交通特征、出行目的、土地功能等指标,提出适合天津的TOD建议。

【Abstract】: In order to research rail transit station adapted to rail transit development of Tianjin by transit-oriented development (TOD), this paper analyses the TOD classification methods of different types of rail stations at home and abroad, and puts forward advice of TOD suitable for Tianjin according to the indicators of traffic characteristics, travel purpose and land function.

美国学者Calthorpe于1983年提出了以公共交通为导向的开发概念(Transit Oriented Development,TOD),其核心是在能够承载大容量客流的公共交通站点周边实施混合型、高密度的土地开发模式,通过就业、居住等不同土地用途的混合开发和引导分层分布来实现[1],最初目的是解决由于私家车主导发展导致的城市功能分离、非正规社区和公共服务日趋分散等问题[2]。(剩余4963字)
