农村房地一体确权登记背景下不动产测绘实验课程的优化探索

摘 要：不动产测绘是土地工程、测绘工程专业基础课程，现阶段该课程的实验教学中仍存在着一些问题。为了更好地提高教学质量，提高学生的专业知识与实践技能，该文以宿州学院不动产测绘课程为例，结合安徽省农村房地一体确权登记的背景，分析了课程实验教学中存在的问题，并提出了优化实验教学的对策。

Abstract： “Real Estate Surveying and Mapping” is a basic course for land engineering and surveying and mapping engineering.At this stage， this course still has some problems in experimental teaching.In order to better improve the quality of teaching and improve students′ professional knowledge and practical skills， this article takes the “Real Estate Surveying and Mapping” course of Suzhou University as an example and combines the background of rural real estate registration in Anhui Province to study and analyze the existence of this course in experimental teaching Some of the problems and put forward beneficial countermeasures for the optimization of experimental teaching.
