Abstract:Against the backdrop of the "dual carbon"strategy becominga core national developmentagenda,prefabricated buildings,leveraging their industrializedand greenattributes and further integrating information technology with inteligent construction,have developed into new building industrialization-a key solution to address high carbon emissionsin the construction sector.After nearly two decades of explorationand practice,China's building industrialization has graduallyadvanced from the prefabrication and assembly of components to a higher stage of development marked bygreater integrationand collaboration.However,in this process,the industry in China has consistently focused more on technology itself,lacking the underlying greenand low-carbon design thinking that aligns with technological transformation.Based on the contemporary and regional context,this paper analyzes the design thinking of outstanding practical cases-such as Hangzhou Tianmuli, Hong Kong's M+ Museum,and DREAM OFFICE-from perspectives including multi-dimensional collaboration,multi-system integration,and localized tectonics.Through case analysis and theoretical induction,it summarizes insights on integrated tectonic aestheticsand collborative design thinking within the contextof prefabrication.Amid China's urbanization shift from large-scale development to high-quality development,this paper provides the industry with practical references for shifting from "application of technical tools" to "reconstruction of systematic thinking"It also aims to help provide innovating pathways to synergy across multiple systems and establish a forward design thinking that transitions from fragmentation to integrationand from post-design to pre-design,ultimately supporting the industry in achieving its "dual carbon" strategic goals.
