私享极小·共享极大： 共享时代高密度居住模式下的微型居住策略

摘要：基于共享时代背景下居民行为和生活方式的转变，提出“私享极小·共享极大”的微型居住策略，探索通过适当控制缩减户型面积，充分使用城市公共资源、提高居住空间使用效率等措施，适应共享时代下居住建筑发展的新需求，积极思考未来微型居住空间的发展策略及应对方式。

Abstract： In the era of sharing， residents' behaviors and lifestyles are undergoing transformations.Proposing the Micro-Residential strategies of “Private Minimalism， Public Maximization”. This strategy attempts to adapt to new demands in residential building development during the sharing era by appropriately controlling the reduction of apartment sizes， fully utilizing urban public resources， and enhancing the efficiency of living space usage. It also considers the future development strategies and responses for micro-living spaces.
