【Abstract】Oetiveoeploteacyfrbasistedlaarooicdicalprostatemyintramentofgslocaly advancedprostateancetprovideclinicalreferencefordiagnosisndtreatmentMetodsAtotalof84patientswithgriskloaly advancedprostatecanceradmitedtoWuxiNo.2People'sHospitalfromApril2023toFebruary224wereselectedasstudysubjects.They weredividedintothecontrolgoupandtheobservationgroupaccordingtotheadomumbertablemethod，with42casesineachgroup. Patientsinthtroloetradoalrosicdalosatetyltsieagoe assistedlaparoscopicadicalprostatetoyTepatientswereobseedandfolowedupntilmonthspostoperativelySrgicalelated indicators，ExpdedrotateCaedeCopositeCosdcatioatesreopredetwnegosofits. ResultsTeaoeteoftestialfuctodoialaftsieatigoualloaoe in the control group，and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group （all P<0.05 ）.The EPIC scores of sexual function， urinarfunctiotetialfuctdaluoftgosfptitsothsgallgo surgery，and the scores of the observation group were allhigher than those of the control group （all P<0.05 ）.Thetotal incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion Robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for highskcallaedrostateaeraproesurgyelatediicatorsaityoflifeddueteiefosin patients.
