【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplore theeffectofintrauterie perfusionofplatelet-rch plasma （PRP）onthe pregnancyoutcomeof patientswithoeEigfobeFlsdrodereeforals reproduction.MethodsAtotalof69patientswithTEadmitedtoQujingMatealandChildHalth-careHospitalfromAugust223to August204 wereselectedas tereseahbjectsaddividedintotecotrolgroup（35ases）ndthbsevationgop（34casaccding to herandomnumbertablemetodPatitsintheotrolgroupeceivedconvetioaltreamentilepatintsineobseatiooupere treatedwithintrauteriperfusionofRdurig teFETcycle.Patitsreflowedupfor1wksofgestationEndometralh andpregnancyoutcomeswerecomparedbetwenthetwogroups.ResultsTheendometrial thicknessandtheincreaseofendometriumon the transformation day in the observation group were both greater than those in the control group （all P<0.05 ）. Therewere no statistically significantdiesinbplaatesiieatecoadotro）alpatey miscarriage rate between the two groups of patients （all P>0.05 ）.Conclusion For patients with TE， intrauterine perfusion of PRP can promote endomerilevelotdieaedoeral.ptatiateositivateofGialprate early miscarriage rate are comparable to those of conventional treatment.
