马铃薯植株再生和遗传转化技术研究进展
摘 要:高效的马铃薯植株再生和转化体系是开展马铃薯转基因和基因编辑育种的关键技术之一。该文从马铃薯基因型、外植体类型、培养基和激素、农杆菌浓度、共转化条件及其他因素等对影响马铃薯植株再生体系和转化技术体系的影响因素进行综述,为相关的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Efficient potato plant regeneration and transformation system is one of the key technologies for transgenic and gene editing breeding of potatoes. In this paper, the factors affecting potato plant regeneration system and transformation technology system were reviewed from potato genotype, explant type, medium, hormone, concentration of agrobacterium, co-transformation conditions and other factors, so as to provide reference for related research.
