农业院校创新人才培养中创新创业竞赛推动作用探究

摘  要：农业院校创新创业教育实现可持续发展的主要原因是创新创业教育生态系统的构建，而合理完善的生态系统则需要所有资源的整合与互动。该文通过分析农业院校创新创业比赛现存的问题，找寻出农业院校创新人才培养中创新创业竞赛推动的具体作用。

Abstract： The main reason for the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural universities is the construction of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education， while a reasonable and perfect ecosystem requires the integration and interaction of all the resources of the system. By analyzing the existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship competition in agricultural universities， this article tries to find out the specific role of innovation and entrepreneurship competition in the training of innovative talents in agricultural colleges and universities.

随着创新创业意识重要性的日益提升，各高校也都开始重视创新创业教育的发展，逐渐开始鼓励大学生主动积极地参加创业比赛，营造大学生创新创业的积极氛围。（剩余4704字）
