公共文化领域历史数据的数据重用

——以我国“两馆一站”服务能力数据为例

摘 要：文章以近几年我国公共图书馆、文化馆、文化站的历史数据为例，借鉴经济学中投入产出理论，以公共文化机构服务能力为主要研究对象，设计数据重用流程，利用数据挖掘技术对这些公共服务机构的服务能力进行分析，并从投入产出的角度寻找其影响因素，以期实现对公共文化机构的历史数据重用。

Data Reuse of Historical Data in Public Cultural Field： Case Study of Service Capacity Data of "Public Library，Cultural Center and Cultural Station" in China

Abstract：Taking the historical data of public libraries， cultural centers and cultural stations in China in recent years as an example， this paper draws on the inputoutput theory in economics， takes the service ability of public cultural institutions as the main research object， designs the data reuse process， uses data mining technology to analyze the service ability of these public service institutions， and finds its influencing factors from the perspective of input and output， in order to realize the reuse of historical data of public cultural institutions.

0 引言

我国公共文化领域数据具有量大且结构复杂、生成速度快、价值密度低的特点［1］，对于公共文化机构来说，由于各种信息和数据处理速度赶不上生成和迭代速度，许多数据还没有发挥出真正价值就已经成为历史数据，被淹没在新增数据中，这无疑造成了数据资产的流失和浪费。（剩余9331字）
