摘 要：

文章探讨了美国南佛罗里达大学尼尔逊·波因特纪念图书馆的数字素养教育框架，分析其具体教育内容、特点及优势，提出国内高校图书馆可以从制度保障、教育内容、学科层次、评价反馈和沟通协作五个方面开展数字素养教育，以期为国内高校图书馆开展相关教育提供借鉴。

Abstract：

This paper discusses the data literacy education framework of Nelson Poynter Memorial Library of University of South Florida，analyzes its educational content，characteristics and advantages，and puts forward the strategies for domestic university libraries to carry out data literacy education from five aspects： institutional guarantee，educational content，discipline level，evaluation feedback，communication and cooperation，in order to provide reference for domestic university libraries to carry out relevant education.
