摘 要：

采用访谈方式对广东省十所公共图书馆的政府购买公共图书馆服务现状进行调查研究，从购买服务的主要原因、方式、程度、内容、效果进行梳理，归纳取得的成效和存在的问题，从政府、公共图书馆和承接机构等层面提出可供改进和完善的建议，以促进公共图书馆专注核心业务，提升公共文化服务效益。

Research on the Practice of Government Purchase of Public Library Services： Case Study of Ten Public Libraries in Guangdong Province

Abstract：

This paper investigates and studies the current situation of government purchase of public library services in ten public libraries in Guangdong Province by interview，sorts out the main reasons，methods，degrees，contents and effects of purchasing services，summarizes the achievements and existing problems，and puts forward suggestions for improvement from the government，public libraries and undertaking institutions，so as to promote public libraries to focus on core business and improve the efficiency of public cultural services.
