Dynamic orientation optimization localization algorithm for unmannedaerialvehicleplatforms

Abstract:A monostatic passive cross-location method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platform is proposed,which obtains the direction information of the radiation source through the UAV's circumnavigation trajectory and uses a location algorithm to achieve precise positioning. The MUSIC algorithm is employed for direction finding,andan improved filtering algorithm is designed.The least squares method combined with iterative optimization is adopted to gradually approach the target position through error correction,realizing high-precision location.The influence of direction-finding angle error on location accuracy is investigated,and the Monte Carlo simulation is conducted to verify the proposed method.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm isvalidated through experimental circumnavigation tests. The results show that the location accuracy of the proposed algorithm can reach 2O meters within a detection range of 1km :
