宁夏畜禽屠宰行业发展现状的思考与探索

摘 要：结合宁夏牛羊禽屠宰行业发展现状及取得的成果，分析制约宁夏牛羊禽屠宰行业发展的因素，从加大财政支持、优化企业布局、加强监管队伍建设、做强精深加工、强化行业监管等方面深入探究，为宁夏牛羊禽屠宰行业发展提供对策和建议，以推动宁夏牛羊禽屠宰行业高质量发展。

Contemplations and Explorations about the Status Quo of Slaughter Industry of Cattle， Sheep and Poultry in Ningxia

Abstract Combined with the development status and achievements of the slaughter industry of cattle， sheep and poultry in Ningxia， this paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of the slaughter industry of cattle， sheep and poultry in Ningxia. In-depth exploration has been conducted from the aspects of increasing financial support， optimizing enterprise layout， strengthening the construction of regulatory teams， enhancing fine and deep processing， and strengthening industry supervision， so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the slaughter industry of cattle， sheep and poultry in Ningxia， and drive the high-quality development of the slaughter industry of cattle， sheep and poultry in Ningxia.
