“通武廊”医疗卫生协调联动基本公共服务标准化试点实践与思考

摘 要：基本公共服务均等化水平是衡量区域协调发展的重要指标。本文基于“通武廊卫生协调联动基本公共服务标准化试点”建设实践，通过搭建“一套标准、三地通用”的2型糖尿病患者健康管理标准体系，探索出标准化推动区域基本公共服务协同实施的新路径，推动基本公共服务均等化水平向更广范围和更高层次发展。

Practice and Refl ection on the Standardization Pilot of Basic Public Services for the “Tongzhou-Wuqing-Langfang” Medical and Health Care Coordination Linkage

Abstract： The equalization level of basic public services is an important indicator to measure the coordinated development of a region. Based on the practice of the standardization pilot of basic public services for the “TongzhouWuqing-Langfang” medical and health care coordination linkage， the paper explores a new way to promote the coordinated development of regional basic public services by standardization through the establishment of the healthcare management standards system of type 2 diabetes patients. The standards system is composed of a set of standards， which can be used in the three regions – Tongzhou， Wuqing and Langfang. It is expected to promote the equalization of basic public services to a higher level in a wider scope.
