“无废城市”建设背景下一般工业固体废物管理对策

摘要：随着“无废城市”建设的持续推进，一般工业固体废物管理日益受到重视。本文以石嘴山市为例，分析一般工业固体废物管理现状，指出存在的问题，然后提出一般工业固体废物管理对策，以促进“无废城市”建设。总体来说，要加强制度建设，优化产业结构，激发市场活力，加强科技支撑，提高一般工业固体废物综合利用水平。

Management Strategies for General Industrial Solid Waste under the Background of “Zero-Waste City” Construction

Abstract： With the continuous promotion of the construction of “zero-waste city”， the management of general industrial solid waste is increasingly valued. Taking Shizuishan City as an example， this paper analyzes the current situation of general industrial solid waste management， points out the existing problems， and then proposes general industrial solid waste management strategies to promote the construction of “zero-waste city”. Overall， it is necessary to strengthen institutional construction， optimize industrial structure， stimulate market vitality， strengthen technological support， and improve the comprehensive utilization level of general industrial solid waste.
