益阳市城市地下水应急水源地开发利用潜力分析

摘要：突发性事件发生后，城市可能面临水资源供应不足的问题。本文以益阳市为例，阐述中心城区供水现状，并圈定中心城区地下水应急水源地，提出有效的取水、供水与保护方案，以提高城市地下水应急水源地开发利用潜力，有效应对突发性事件，确保水资源供应正常。

Analysis on Development and Utilization Potential of Urban Groundwater Emergency Water Sources in Yiyang City

Abstract： After a sudden event occurs， cities may face the problem of insufficient water supply. Taking Yiyang City as an example， this paper elaborates on the current situation of water supply in the central urban area， delineates the emergency groundwater source areas in the central urban area， and proposes effective water intake， supply， and protection plans to enhance the development and utilization potential of emergency groundwater sources in the city， effectively respond to sudden events， and ensure normal water resource supply.
