摘要：光伏发电项目施工及运营过程会不可避免地影响生态环境，这就需要做好环境影响评价。本文从施工期和运营期分析光伏发电项目环境影响评价内容，并以某光伏发电项目为例，开展环境影响评价，提出环境污染防治措施，以期将项目环境影响降到最小，实现环境效益与经济效益、社会效益的共赢。

Abstract： The construction and operation process of photovoltaic power generation projects will inevitably affect the ecological environment， which requires a good environmental impact assessment. This paper analyzes the environmental impact assessment content of photovoltaic power generation projects from the construction and operation periods， and takes a certain photovoltaic power generation project as an example to carry out environmental impact assessment and propose environmental pollution prevention and control measures， in order to minimize the environmental impact of the project and achieve a win-win situation between environmental benefits， economic benefits， and social benefits.
