环保管家服务模式在沿海航道疏浚工程中的应用

摘要：环保管家作为由第三方专业环保机构提供的服务模式，具有全方位、全流程和全要素服务的特点。在沿海航道疏浚工程建设实践中，环保管家协助和指导建设单位实施全过程环境管理，实现工程建设与生态保护的有机统一，对沿海同类型水运工程环境管理具有借鉴意义。

Abstract： As a service model provided by third-party professional environmental protection organizations， environmental stewards have the characteristics of comprehensive， full process， and full element services. In the construction practice of coastal waterway dredging projects， environmental stewards assist and guide construction units in implementing full process environmental management， thus achieving organic unity between engineering construction and ecological protection， which has reference significance for environmental management of similar coastal water transportation projects.
