煤化工行业土壤污染隐患排查要点分析

摘要：煤化工项目废水、废气、废渣成分复杂，地下隐蔽工程较多，土壤污染隐患点分布较广。本文结合实例，分析煤化工及其下游产业的典型工艺过程与污染特征，指出土壤污染隐患排查的重点对象，然后结合排查出的共性问题，提出整改途径，以切实保护土壤环境。

Analysis on the key Points of potential troubleshooting for soil pollution in coal chemical industry

Abstract： The composition of waste water， waste gas and waste residue in coal chemical projects is complex， there are many underground concealed works， and the potential soil pollution points are widely distributed. This paper analyzes the typical process and pollution characteristics of coal chemical industry and its downstream industries with examples， and points out the key objects of potential troubleshooting for soil pollution， and then puts forward rectification measures in combination with the common problems identified to effectively protect the soil environment.

2021年，生态环境部发布《重点监管单位土壤污染隐患排查指南（试行）》（简称《指南》），旨在指导和规范土壤污染重点监管单位建立土壤污染隐患排查制度，及时发现土壤污染隐患并采取措施消除或者减少隐患，使应急准备和应急管理有据可依、有章可循，促进产业与环境全面、协调、可持续发展。（剩余3719字）
