摘 要:介绍了一种解决工序冲突的方案以及冲压模具结构,即下模设计整体托芯结构并将其他工序需求放置在托芯上,从而实现上翻整形与普通侧翻、侧冲等冲突工序的合并。通过该方案,可减少一序模具,降低制作成本,减少生产周期。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces a scheme to slove process conflicts and the structure of stamping die, That is, the stooling mechanism of the lower die is designed and the requirements of other processes are placed on the stooling, so as to realize the combination of the up-flanging and the cam flanging, cam pi and other conflicting processes. Through this program, the number of molds is reduced by one and the production cost is reduced
