CRISPR-Cas介导基因编辑技术的发展趋势及研究进展
摘要:CRISPR-Cas系统为细菌与古生菌的一种免疫防御机制。基于该系统的基因编辑技术在基因工程领域得到广泛应用,极大地加快了该领域研究的进步。本文从CRISPR-Cas系统介导的基因组编辑技术的发展趋势和最新应用及现状进行综述。

Development tendency and research progress of CRISPR-CAS-based Genome engineering

Abstract: CRISPR-Cas system is used to resist exogenous viruses or plasmids in bacteria and archaea Acquired immune system of DNA invasion. The gene editing technology based on this system has brought a breakthrough revolution to the regulation and application of targeted genome modification. In this paper, we review the development and application of CRISPR-Cas system mediated genome editing technology, and provide reference for related researchers.
