板形控制技术在莱钢4300mm宽厚板生产中的创新与应用

摘 要：介绍莱钢银山型钢有限公司4 300 mm产线板材板形控制技术的经验及应用，板带产品板形问题直接影响后工序及用户生产，是轧制领域关注的重点问题。钢板轧制过程中主要产生镰刀弯、边浪、中浪、厚规格翘头尾、桶形等问题，通过采取一系列控制技术，提出了解决产线板形各种问题的措施，效果明显。

Abstract：This article introduces the experience and application of plate shape control technology on the 4300mm production line of Laigang Yinshan Steel Co.， Ltd. The plate shape problem of plate and strip products directly affects the subsequent process and user production， and is a key issue of concern in the rolling field. During the steel plate rolling process， problems such as sickle bending， edge waves， middle waves， thick gauge warping， and barrel shape are mainly generated. Through a series of control technologies， measures have been proposed to solve various problems in the shape of the production line， and the results are obvious.
