文化融合对央企改革重组的意义

摘 要:在央企改革和重组的历史进程中,文化融合是至关重要的一环。讨论央企改革重组的相关历史问题、政策背景和意义,分析在央企改革重组中文化融合对企业的作用,结合案例分析对文化融合的积极作用予以了肯定,并对深化企业文化融合工作给出了一些建议。

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF CULTURAL INTEGRATION TO THE REFORM & MERGER OF STATE-OWNED KEY ENTERPRISES

Abstract:In the historical process of the reform and merger of state-owned key enterprises, cultural integration played a critical role. In this article, we discussed the historical problems, policy background, and the significance of the reform and merger of state-owned key enterprises. We further analyzed the impact of cultural integration to the relative enterprises during the reform and merger process of state-owned key enterprises. In addition, the positive effects of cultural integration were confirmed by case analysis in this article. Some constructive suggestions have also been given to deeply implement the cultural integration of enterprises.
