整车外饰颜色质量控制与管理

摘要：为提高整车外饰颜色质量控制与管理效果，对整车诞生和批量生产2个阶段的外饰颜色质量管理方法进行了总结。基于工作实践，提出了结合颜色特性分析的色差管理方法。通过分析关键特性数据和控制标准设置，提高新车型外饰颜色质量育成认可效率，同时避免了批量色差事故的发生。

Quality Control and Management of Automobile Exterior Color

Abstract： In order to improve exterior color quality control and management effect， the management methods of quality control for vehicle exterior color before and after mass production are summarized. Based on the practices， the method combined with color characteristics analysis is proposed. The key characteristic data are analyzed and control standards are established， which aims to improve the recognition efficiency of new vehicle exterior color quality and prevent the occurrence of batch color difference accident.
