Abstract： Professor LU Zhizheng，a master of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM），had practiced medicine for over 7O years，with a particular emphasis on the inheritance and innovation of TCM theory.While adhering to the fundamental principles of holistic TCM and syndrome diffrentiation，he had developed a systematic academic thought summarizedas“Chi Zhongyang，Yun Sipang，Yi Qingzhi，

Tiao Shengjiang，Gu Runzao，Na Huachang” Clinical practice had found that LU's academic thought of Tiaoli Piwei has significant application value in the treatment of chronic kidney disease （CKD）. It first elaborates on Professor LU’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of CKD，emphasizing theinteraction between internal and external factors. Subsequently，it analyzes the principles of syndrome diferentiation and treatment proposed by Professor LU. Through discussions on specific disease treatments，the unique insights and clinical experience of applying Professor LU's academic thoughts in CKD management are showcased. This paper aims to inherit and develop TCM strategies for CKD treatment andpromote the continuation and dissemination of Professor LU's core academic thoughts.
