【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore theefect intravitreal injection aflibercept combined with panretinal photocoagulationonproliferative diabetesretinopathyand its influenceonretinal thicknessMethodsAtotal 94 caseswith proliferative diabetic retinopathy wereselected from the Hospital fromApril 2021 to April 2024，andaccording to thenumerical random table method were divided into 2 groups，the control group were received panretinal photocoagulation in 47 cases，and theobservation group were receivedaflibercept intravitreal injectioncombined withpanretinalphotocoagulationin47cases，theintral-Ocular pressure（IOP），macularcentral thickness，retinal thickness，complicationsand visual acuity improvement were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the observation group，the IOPand central macular thickness at 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.the retinal thickness at 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group（ P <0.05），the complication rate was 2% ，whichwas lower than 15% the control group（ P <0.05），at 4 weeks after treatment，the best corrected visual acuity （BCVA） was better than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.ConclusionIn the treatment proliferative diabetic retinopathy，the combination aflibercept vitreous cavity injectionand total retinal photocoagulationcan further improve IOP， macularcentral thicknessand retinal thickness，reduce theoccurence complications and promote the improvement visual acuity.
