【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of C-Root SP hot dental gel filling on the healing of periapical lesions after rot canal treatment.MethodsA total of 6O patients who received rootcanal therapy in our hospital from June 2O22 to June 2O24 were randomly divided into three groups： C-Root SP + hot glue filling group，i-Root SP + hot glue filling group，and AH Plus+ hot glue filling group.The effect of different filling techniqueswas evaluatedbycomparing the postoperative filing effect，visual analogue scale （VAS）pain score， periodontal status，masticatory eficiencyand clinical effectiverate of the three groups.ResultsThe exact filling rate of C-Root SP group and i-Root SP group was higher than that of AH Plus group （ χ2=6.67 ， P=0.010 ， χ2=4.81 ， P =0.028）.Onthefirstdayafter treatment，VASscoresintheC-Root SPgroup were lower thanthoseinthe i-Root SPand AH Plus groups，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05） .After treatment，the bleeding index and plaque index in the C-Root SP group were lower than those in the AH Plus group，and the plaque index in the C-Root SPgroup was lower than that in thei-Root SP group，with statistical significance （ P<0.05） 1 The masticatory eficiencyof the C-Rot SP groupand i-Root SP group after treatment was higher than that of the AHPlus group，and the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.The clinical effective rate 1 week and 3 monthsafter treatment wasrecordedinall groups.Therewasnosignificant diffrence inclinical effctiverate1 week and3monthsafter treatment among the three groups （P>O.O5）.ConclusionThe effect of C-Root SP hot dental glue filing issimilartothatofi-Root SPhot dental glueflling.Theapplicationof bioceramics C-RootSP hotdental glue filling technologyinroo canal treatment cansignificantly improve thehealing effctof periapical lesions，reduce postoperative pain of patientsand optimize thequalityof filing，which has high clinical application value and promotion significance.
