【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the application value of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in serological markersof hepatitisB.Methods12OsuspectedhepatitisBpatients，allof whom were treatedin JinshuiGeneralHospitalofZhengzhou fromAugust2O21 toSeptember2O23，wereexaminedby electroluminescenceimmunoassay，colloidal gold immunochromatography，enzyme-linkedimmunoassayand fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction（PCR）.The resultsof the fluorescence quantitative PCR test weretakenasthe"gold standard"of diagnosisandanalyzed.Thepositiveratesof diferent detectionmethods in serum markers of hepatitis B （HBV surface antigen （HBsAg），Hepatitis Be antigen （HBeAg），hepatitis B surface antibody （anti-HBS），HepatitisBeantibody （anti-HBE）and HepatitisBcore antibody （anti-HBC） wereanalyzed. The diagnostic value of diferent detection methods in HBsAg was comparedand the consistency was calculated. ResultsOf the 12O suspected hepatitis B patients，44 cases were positive and76 cases were negative by quantitative PCR.There wasno significant diference in thepositive detectionrates of HBsAg，HBeAg，anti-HBS， anti-HBE andanti -HBC among diferentdetectionmethods（P>0.O5）.The diagnostic sensitivity，specificity， accuracy，and positive and negative predictive values of electroluminescence immunoassay in HBsAg were higher than thoseofcolloidal gold immunochromatographyandenzyme-linked immunoassay，with statistical diferences（ P< 0.05）.The consistency testshows thatcoloid-gold immunochromatography was not in good agreement with the "gold standard" （kappa value=0.366， P <0.001），ELISA was in good agreement （kappa value=0.472， P <0.001）， and electrochemical luminescence immunoassay was in good agreement （kappa value=0.859， P <0.001）. Conclusion Diferent detectionmethods havecertain clinicalvalue in theapplicationof hepatitis B serum markers，each with advantagesand disadvantages，but electrochemical luminescenceimmunoassay has high applicationvalue，high diagnostic accuracyand strong consistency，which can provide certain reference basis for the diagnosisand treatment of hepatitisB，and hashigh clinical application value.
