Effect of compound Qingdai capsules combined with Avia capsules on serum inflammatory factors and skin barrier functioninpatients with psoriasis， ， ，.Departmentof Dermatology，HenanHongliHospital，Henan4534o0，Chin

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effct of the combination of compound Qingdai capsules and Aviacapsules in the treatment of psoriasis patients.MethodsAcording to the random number table method， 94 psoriasis patientsadmited to our hospital from December 2O21 to December 2023 were divided into two groups，with 47 patients in each group.Both groups kepta light diet and avoidedbad living habits.On this basis， thecontrol group was treatedwith AviaA capsule，and the observationgroup was treated with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparationscompound Indigo Naturalis capsuleon the basisof thecontrol group. Both groups were treated continuously for8 weeks.Compare theclinical eficacy，serum inflammatorycytokine levels，skin barier function，immune function，psoriasisareaand severity index （PASI） scores，and incidenceof adverse reactions between the two groups.ResultsThe total efectiverateand skin barrer function indicatorsof the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group （ P <0.05）.The immune function of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment （ P <0.05）. The levels of serum inflammatory factors andPASI scores in the observation group were lower than those in thecontrol group after treatment （ P <0.05）.There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion Compared with the single use of Avia capsules，the addition of Compound Qingdai Capsules has a significant therapeuticeffectonpsoriasispatients，whichisbeneficialforreducingseruminflammatoryfactorlevels，improving skin barrier function，enhancing immune function，reducing PASI score，and has higher safety.

银屑病是一种慢性炎症皮肤病，主要是由遗传、环境及药物感染等多种因素相互作用引起的慢性鳞屑性皮肤病，临床表现为皮肤出现红斑，并覆盖银白色鳞屑，皮肤瘙痒、干燥等，全身均可发病以头皮，四肢伸侧较为常见，该病病程较长，易复发，经久难愈，对患者身心健康和日常生活影响较大。（剩余6177字）
