【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of detecting neuron-specific enolase(NSE),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),squamous cell carcinoma - associatedantigen (SCCAg),carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125),and soluble fragments of cytokeratin19(CYFRA21-1) in lungcancer.MethodsA total of 78 lung cancer patientswhoreceived treatment at Zhoukou People'sHospital from July 202O to August 2023 were includedin thelung cancer group.Forty patients with benign lung lesions during thesame period were selected as thebenign group,and 3O healthy individualswho underwent physical examinations were selected as thecontrol group.Venous blood samples were collected to measure serum levels of NSE,CEA,SCCAg,CA125,and CYFRA21-1.Compare the levels of various serum tumor markers between two groupsand diferent types of lung cancer patients,and analyze the diagnosticvalueof single and combined detection of each indicator in lung cancer.ResultsCompared with the control group,the levels of various serum tumor markers were higher in both the lung cancer group and the benign group,and the lung cancer group was higher than the benign group ( P <0.05). Compared with the control group,patients with lungadenocarcinoma,lung squamous cell carcinoma,andsmall cell lung cancer had higher levels of serumtumor markers.The levelsof NSEandCA125 insmallcellung cancer patients werehigher than thosein lungsquamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma,while the levelsof CEA,SCCAg,and CYFRA21-1 were lower than those in lung squamous cellcarcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma ( P <0.05).Thereceiveroperator characteristic curve (ROC)showed thatcombined detection had the highest diagnostic value in lung cancer,with thearea under thecurve (AUC)of0.924,sensitivityof0.949andspecificityof0.750.It was followed by NSE,SCCAg,CYFRA21-1,CEA and CA125.ConclusionIn the diagnosis of lung cancer,the combined detection of variousserum tumor markers has high clinical aplication value,and thecombined detection of multiple serum tumor markers can becombined in clinical diagnosis to improve the diagnostic efficiency of lung cancer, which is of great significance for evaluating the prognosis of patients.
