Analysis of pressure comfort in knitted sportswear based on electrode positioning

Abstract:Tosystematicallyevaluate thecompressoncomfortof knited sports tights integrated withflexible electrodes,six commercially available men's knited sports tights (size L)were selected as experimental samples. By combining objective pressure testswith subjective comfort evaluations,the pressure characteristicsof the garments were quantitatively analyzed under typical exercise postures,including static standing,seated deskwork,chest expansion,and side-to-side rotation.A comprehensive evaluation model was constructed based on the grey nearoptimal analysis method,and the coupling mechanism between garment pressure distribution and exercise comfort was investigated.The experimental results showed that the pressure comfort of diferent styles of garments in six exercise states showed significant diferences.Among them,samples Z4 and Z6,with high resilience fiber blended fabrics,inset sleeve structure and waist split design,regulated pressure distribution during exercise (CV values of0.195 and 0.2O4,respectively), which was significantly beter than the other samples (CV values of morethan O.4).The research results provide an important experimental basis for the design of electrode integration systems that balance data acquisition stability and wearing comfort in smart clothing.
