关于预包装即食鲜切果蔬生产的危害分析和关键控制点研究

摘要:文中阐述分析了预包装即食鲜切果蔬生产许可准入情况,以防控该产品生产许可风险为目标,吸纳其他地区制定该产品审查方案经验,运用HACCP体系基本原理,总结生产许可技术审评关键点,旨在规避该类产品许可风险,为该类产品技术审评提供初步理论研究。

Research on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point of Prepackaged Instant Fresh-cut Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract: This article elaborates and analyzes the production license access situation of pre packaged ready to eat fresh cut fruits and vegetables, with the goal of preventing and controlling the production license risks of this product. Drawing on the experience of other regions in formulating the product review plan, the basic principles of the HACCP system are applied to summarize the key points of production license technology review, aiming to avoid the license risks of this type of product and provide preliminary theoretical research for the technical review of this type of product.
