On International Working Women’s Day in 2021， Zhejiang Provincial Museum launched the “Fair Ladies： Online Exhibition of Chinese Ancient Female Images”. On the same day in 2022， Zhejiang Provincial Museum launched an offline exhibition with the same content， showcasing the paintings on the ancient female， clothing and daily necessities of the ancient female as well as modern female-themed artistic works. The exhibition has triggered audience’s thinking on the dilemma and breakthrough of modern feminism as well as the true gender equality .
