Shao Dalang， born in 1968， is the vice chairman of Zhejiang Photographers Association and professor and dean of College of Art of Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics. He won the 13th Chinese Photography Award in 2020. Since 1991， Shao Dalang has walked along the lakeside to conceive the West Lake in his heart.
