十四烷基硫酸钠的有关物质合成与结构鉴定

摘 要 以7-乙基-2-甲基-十一烷-4-醇为原料,经对甲苯磺酸催化脱水合成了十四烷基硫酸钠中的4种有关物质,其结构经1H-NMR、13C-NMR谱及高分辨质谱确证,同时探讨了这4种有关物质可能的产生途径,以期为十四烷基硫酸钠的质量研究和有关物质的控制提供帮助。

Synthesis and structure identification of the related impurities in sodium tetradecyl sulfate

ABSTRACT Four related impurities were synthesized by dehydration of 7-ethyl-2-methyl-4-undecanol catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid in toluene. Their structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and high resolution-MS. Meanwhile, the possible synthetic route of these related impurities were discussed so as to provide help for the quality research of sodium tetradecyl sulfate and the control of related impurities.
