上海中成药产业发展与创新研究的现状调研及推进策略

摘 要 本文通过2017年调研上海市41家中成药生产企业和14家中药研发单位，了解其生产情况和研发现状，阐述了上海中药产业发展存在的主要问题，提出了促进上海中成药发展和创新的策略。

Status investigation and promotion strategy of the development and innovation study of Chinese patent medicine industry in Shanghai

ABSTRACT The main problems existing in the development of Shanghai’s traditional Chinese medicine industry were expounded by investigating 41 Chinese patent medicine manufacturers and 14 Chinese medicine R&D units in Shanghai in 2017 and understanding the status of their production and research and development， and the strategies for promoting the development and innovation of Chinese patent medicine in Shanghai were also proposed.

本文通过调研了解到上海市中成药生产和新药研发的问题，建议上海中成药生产企业和中药研发单位密切关注中药注册法规、指导原则的变化和质量标准提高要求，挖掘现有品种的潜力，利用上海的中药科研院所、创新企业和特色中医医院的产、学、研优势和临床优势，开发古代经典名方、经方、验方等新药，促进上海中药产业高质量发展。（剩余4778字）
