基于以味成方体系治疗肝气虚型抑郁症

【摘 要】 气味为中药最本质特征，梁朝陶弘景《辅行诀五脏用药法要》系统阐述了其完备的以味成方体系，成方体系中应用了阴阳和五行两者哲学方法，对中医方剂学发展有重要指导意义。本文梳理了《辅行诀五脏用药法要》五脏补泻方，并将其中方剂——大补肝汤应用于肝气虚型抑郁症的治疗，取得了良好的临床疗效。

Treatment  Depression of Liver Qi Deficiency  Based on Make Prescription According to the Smell

Abstract：Smell is the most essential characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine. Tao Hongjing’s “Fu Xing Jue Wu Zang organs medication method” systematically expounds its complete prescription system based on taste. In the prescription system， Yin Yang and five elements are applied， which has important guiding significance for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper， the author combed the five zang organs reinforcing and reducing formula in fuxingjue five zang organs medication method， and applied dabugan Decoction in the treatment of depression of liver qi deficiency type， and achieved good clinical effect.
