从“血不利则为水”探析心力衰竭的治疗

【摘 要】 目前中医关于心力衰竭的致病特点及辨证论治并没有产生一致性的标准，文章基于“血不利则为水”角度探讨心力衰竭的病机特点及分型论治，具有重要的理论及现实意义，以期指导心力衰竭的临床治疗，拓展诊疗思路。

Discussion on the Treatment of Heart Failure From the Viewpoint of “Blood is Unfavorable But Water is”

Abstract：At present， there is no consistent standard on the pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine. This paper discusses the pathogenesis and classification of heart failure based on the view of “blood disadvantage is water”. It has important theoretical and practical significance， in order to guide the clinical treatment of contemporary heart failure and expand the diagnosis and treatment ideas.
