再制造冷喷涂层后热处理技术与应用研究进展

Abstract: Cold spray technology is widely used in remanufacturing field suchas repairingand strengthening highvalue metal parts due to its low-temperature deposition characteristics. However,the remanufacturing coating prepared bycold spray is prone to defects such as pores,microcracks,low bonding strength and high residualstress, which in turn affects its mechanical propertiesand service reliability.Asan effective post-treatment method,heat treatment can significantly improve the microstructure and comprehensive propertiesof the coating by promoting atomic diffusion,dislocationrecombination and recrystalization.In this paper,the research progressof heat treatment technology on remanufacturingcold sprayed coating at home and abroad is systematicallyreviewed.The process characteristicsand mechanismof traditional heattreatment (such as annealing,solid solution aging)and new heat treatment (such as laser remelting,induction remelting,hot isostatic pressng and microwave heat treatment) areemphatically analyzed.The effectsof diferent post-heat treatment processes on microstructure evolution,defect healing,and mechanical propertiesof coatings are discussd,and their current status of practical application into the remanufacturing field is summarized.The research shows that the heat treatment process can effectively improve the compactness,strength and toughness,and fatigue resistance of the cold sprayed coating, which provides key technical supports for the life extension and performance recovery of the remanufactured parts.
