Abstract： By using Simufact Welding welding simulation software，the numerical simulation of electron beam welding of superaloycasing is realized.First，the structureof thecasing isanalyzedand simplified，andthe models are simplified.Then，the welding clamping and welding parameters of the models are analyzed respectively.Finally， the temperature field，strain and stress of the simplified models are analyzed after numerical simulation bysoftware.
