Abstract：The marine bivalve aquaculture industry is a crucial pilar of China's fisheries economy，playing a key role in ensuring food security， promoting fishermen's income，and maintaining marine ecological balance. However，with global climate change and the expansion of aquaculture scale，frequent outbreaks of bivalve diseases and pests have led to large-scale mortality events，causing significant economic losses and posing threats to ecological security. To understand the research progress on bivalve diseases and pests and develop environmentally friendly healthy aquaculture models，this review summarizes the common types， prevention strategies，and technological applications related to bivalve diseases and pests in China. It proposes that future efforts should focus on strengthening interdisciplinary research， technological innovation， and optimization of management systems to promote the green and high-quality development of the bivalve aquaculture industry.
