Abstract:In Changqing Oilfield, ∞60.3mm ( 2% in) conventional tubing is replaced with g50.8 mm(2 in) coiled tubing(CT)innewly commissioned gaswells,forpurpose of high-efficiency wellcompletionand low-cost development.In this study,the limitationsof existing CTcompletiontechnologiesandthe need for main processes in the lifecycleoftight gaswelsafter theyareput into production wereanalyzed.Then,according to theoverall design conceptofone-tripCTcompletionand multi-processseamlessy connected efective production,amultifunctional bottomhole assembly(BHA) for 650.8mm CT completion and production was designed and developed. The

BHA comprises connector,upper sliding sleeve,soluble balls,fracturing fluid flowback cartridge,shear pins, lower sliding sleeve,flow nipple,plug,flapper bivalveofsliding sleeve,valveflapper,stopsleeve,and screen, etc.It is divided into six functional areas:connection area,fracturing fluid flowback area,balldrop plugging area,choke area,temporary plugging area,and filtering area.The BHAcan realize the operations such as landing of CTcompletion string under pressure,flowback or induced flowoffracturingfluid inthe initial stageof production,bottomhole chokeproductioninhigh-pressure period,liquid carryingofvelocitystring inlow-pressure period,plungergasliftinintermittentperiod,and trippingoutunderpressureafterball-dropplugging indepletion period.Field applications inover 3O wells in the Sulige gas field in Changqing have demonstrated a 100% implementation successrate,verifying the feasibilityof theCTcompletion and productionprocess innewlycommissioned gas welsandthereliabilityof the multifunctional BHA.The study results provide greatsupport tothe efficient and beneficial development of tight gas in China.

致密气与页岩气作为我国天然气增储上产的重要接替资源[1],其开发面临2大共性难题[2]:① 气井投产后因储层物性差、压裂液返排效率低导致初期高压高产但产量递减迅速; ② 生产进入中后期后,井筒积液严重,需长期依赖排水采气工艺维持产能。(剩余11052字)
